My therapeutic approach incorporates various modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Reality Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
